Exotic Instant Poha
INGREDIENTS
- Yellow / green pepper - 1
- Tomatoes - 1 or 2
- Poha - 2 cups
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- green chilly - 1 or 2
- rai - 1 tsp
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- sugar - half tsp
- coriander leaves for garnish
METHOD
Wash the poha and soak it for a 5-10 minutes... drain and keep aside
Cut the peppers and tomatoes in small sized blocks
Add oil in the pan, 1 or 2 slices of chilly and mustard seeds & jeera when it sputters add the tomatoes and pepper, stir them a little, after they are almost add the poha with a drainer. Add sugar, salt and little ginger for taste.
Let it cook for a while and then serve it with coriander leaves
If poha is to dry, u can sprinkles some milk on it it, Even when you reheat it in a microwave after removing from fridge sprinkle some milk before heating.
