KLE... a bachelor invention!
My bro's friend - Anand, has sent me one of his recipes... a new dish invented by a bachelor...

Origins of KLE:
I was trying to make poha!!
Why the name KLE?:
Mom and pati used to make Morkle, which had mor in it and other stuff. This dish looked similar, minus the mor. Hence the name 'KLE'.
Directions:
Take soft poha
Soak in water for 5 mins (Till it looks mushy and gooey)
Heat oil in pan (2 tb spoons)
Put all masala/karavepallai/chillis u want and tadka maarofy.
Pour the poha (after draining) into pan and cook for some time.
After cooking, squeeze a lemon.
Cooking time: 5 mins soaking, 5 mins cooking
NOTE: Cook when really really hungry. It tastes better.
